The 3-Peaks
The Three Peaks is a mountain-endurance challenge in which participants attempt to climb the highest peaks of each of the UK's three countries. We (the Mountains For Mia team) will attempt to do this in a grueling 24 hours, from start to finish, which includes the time it takes to travel between the three locations. It's a tough and often dangerous trek, hiking in the dark, often wet and in unfamiliar territory. No one should under estimate the difficulty of this challenge.
UPDATED: Please confirm your attendance on the Snowdon leg of the trip on the facebook page. Further details will be emailed to you nearer the time .

Wanna join in?
Due to transport and co-ordination constraints, we cannot take any more people with us on the full trip. However, it'd be great if people can join in on the last leg to climb Snowdon. We'll be tired and in need of support to complete the final 1085m climb to the top. Feel free to collect donations/sponsorship for your own leg of the trek - every penny raised will be going to help Mia. See the Donations page for details or click here
to download the sponsor form.
Please confirm your attendance on the Snowdon leg of the trip on the facebook page. Further details will be emailed to you nearer the time .
Matty Moore and Matty Jones will be at Pen-y-pass (googlemaps) car park from on Saturday 5th June, wearing MfM T-Shirts, to meet anyone joining the group for the Snowdon climb. Please get to this car-park by 12pm. These times are just estimates at the moment, so check the Facebook page on the day for updates and exact timings. The carpark can get full so it maybe advisable to car-share with friends where possible.
Also read the links on climbing Snowdon, especially regarding safety on the hills, as we cannot be held responsible for anyone's behaviour or safety. People dressed in inappropriate clothing or showing a complete lack of preparation could put the challenge in jeapordy and you may be asked not to join the climb.
